2. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final. Services are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of personal satisfaction or perceived results.

By completing a booking, the client acknowledges that they are purchasing time, energy, and a delivered service, not guaranteed outcomes.

3. Communication Policy

Each booking includes the scheduled session time only. Post-session follow-up, additional questions, or ongoing correspondence are not included unless a separate session is booked.

The service provider reserves the right to decline, limit, or discontinue communication that extends beyond the scope of the booked service, becomes excessive, or is deemed inappropriate.

4. Limitation of Liability

By booking a session, the client agrees to release and hold harmless the service provider from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of services, including decisions or actions taken by the client based on the session.

5. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
